The location of the hotel is great, with everything you need for a holiday close by. It is located right on the beach, providing easy access to the sea and beautiful views. the restaurant staff speak some English, making it easier for international guests to communicate their needs and preferences.

The entertainment and activities at the hotel are mostly in Spanish, which may make it difficult for non-Spanish speaking guests to fully enjoy the offerings.

infrastructure is good, modern, has a spacious hall as well as a bar and dining room, facilities have 3 pools quite large, breakfast was well quite varied and every day change the type of buns

If you're a noisy person with children and you don't have trouble sleeping or the bustle doesn't bother you I recommend it, not suitable for single couples who go to rest, first day we could not sleep until 3 am, I went down to the reception at 1 am and there was no one, person who attended me told me that I was alone for the whole hotel, I had to make a tour of the facilities, My complaints were ignored and many people who were making noise in the area of the pools went to sleep and we could fall asleep, rooms are nothing of the other world, I would mark it as a 3-star hotel, second day after two calls to reception I listened and evicted people from the common areas, schools were making a lot of noise. We warned the first day that the toilet was leaking and we left 3 days later with the same problem, I understand that the tone of the staff is cultural but when one is going to complain what they expect is that the person attending them is serious and understanding not in a mocking tone making jokes.. they should put more staff at night.

pools are very good, entertainers are working hard. employees are very nice, cook is a showman.

Queues for the elevator, bar and restaurant. Too few staff for so many rooms. Waiting in long lines for everything is not what you want in a hotel. I won't repeat myself in this chain and I won't recommend it either. In the room, two lights have been out since we arrived and they'll stay out. elevator... Queues to go up, queues to go down.. Only 3 small elevators for a hotel of that size.. sad.. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the beach and town centre. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the variety of dishes offered in the dining room.

The hotel staff spoke little to no English, making communication difficult. The entertainment and activities were mainly catered towards Spanish guests, leaving us feel left out.

We found the buffet service of the dining room and food to be great, varied food every day and with an excellent staff: very attentive and cheerful. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner very much with the whole family, totally recommended . The daily cleaning of the rooms was very good. And the animation team very nice and attentive. The nightly performances are fun and entertaining, just like the ones at the pool, but performed with few resources.

We are a family with 4 children, we booked two studio rooms but when we arrived we were informed that we had been placed on different floors, we showed our dissatisfaction and were placed on the same floor, in the studio the 4 children and couple in a double room, although the couple were in a lower room than the one hired we were not discounted or offered any compensation. reception staff, although attentive to everything else, did not offer us any itinerary to visit nearby places and make tirtic visits, although we asked two different people, they did not offer us any solution... Although it's a very comfortable hotel, decoration is old and they lack maintenance, in the suite room they jumped the weights in the bathroom when using the hair dryer, kitchen without utensils or microwave and sink lost water. bedding, although clean, simple, as the large pillowcase of the double bed was not full, had two small pillowcases overlapping. in the common areas the old and antiquated furniture.. Wifi VERY slow.. In general the hotel had paint defects in the common areas and in the swimming pool it was very difficult to find free hammocks. personnel in the swimming pool was scarce, only one lifeguard, we had to take out an old lady who almost drowned in the adults' swimming pool while the lifeguard was in the children's swimming pool, we all got a big scare, problem was that there had to be a lifeguard for each area, one lifeguard for the adults' area and another one for the children's area. In the pool the music is very old-fashioned, outdated and not at all up to date. nightly performances with few resources and one of the birds seemed to us a marketing to the hunt of the photo with the animal of turn, performance nothing pretty and to the speaker it was not understood anything to him... room to see the performances was uncomfortable and full of columns.

The food on the griddle could be better used, it is necessary that the person responsible has a clean plate and not gracious that in many occasions, it was not possible to serve the food, especially on the meat plate, this I commented when I got in, as well as details that I had seen of falling fish on the floor and put it back on the plate or wipe the sweat with a napkin and clean the spatula with which it removes the food . You shouldn't paint a pool area in the middle of the season, not only because you close part of the area when you are doing your homework, but also because the next day, with the heat, you would get stuck. . These observations are in the spirit of improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a balcony and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a variety of leisure facilities, such as swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and even a nightclub for some fun evening entertainment. I was impressed with the comfort and quality services provided here.

The pool area was excellent decent size pool and romantic.The hotel was new and modern the rooms were spacious.

The food was very basic.

Good central location close to beach bars and restaurants. Good pool with plenty of sun loungers. Good value for money.

Food was good but nothing special but as there were not many in the hotel this may have been part of the reason for lack of choice. Internet was a bit hit and miss (completely off for a few days) which would be a problem if you were relying on it.

Reception staff and waiters were very unfriendly, waiters never spoke when serving us even though we can speak spanish. They could do with a course in customer care.

We booked a twin room but actually had an apartment overlooking the golf course which was a bonus, Soft drinks and beer were included with meals. Plenty of hot water for showers. The poolside bar did a drink and tapas for 2 euros which was good value.

There was little or no entertainment in this huge hotel, despite having a large bar area which was only used to watch TV. We visited other hotels close by and they had childrens entertainment, bingo, quizzes and live music. Would have expected a 4* hotel to have offered more.

Good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Large, clean & comfortable room including kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, halogen hob (although we were half board basis). Good selection of food. Drinks with meals included in the price. Nice pool area. Friendly & helpful staff.

Only a little niggle - although the room slept up to 4 people, there were only 5 coat hangers in the wardrobe.
